- AWAITING APPROVAL, PAYMENT ISSUE or TRANSFER ISSUE: If you have not proceeded with your payment yet, or you have paid but we couldn't complete the order yet, you should be able to edit your Recipient from your Transfers History.
- YOU PAID: If you have successfully paid, we're already making payment into your recipient's account. So, contact us immediately via Telegram or WhatsApp.
- DONE: Sorry! We have already registered the payment into our banking system.

- Your funds may arrive after 1 working day, but we start paying your recipient immediately in most cases based on POLi's notification.

Regardless of the payment method, make sure funds are paid from an account under your name.
You do not need to send us a receipt screenshot unless we contact you or your payment is not approved within the mentioned window.
NZ POLi gateway could be unusable for some customers such as those paying from business accounts in New Zealand.

You can cancel a transfer if you haven’t paid for it yet. That is when your transfer is still in ‘Awaiting approval’.
To do so, please go to your Transfer History tab; find your Transfer item and click on Cancel.
